The 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is set to kick off tomorrow, April 11, 2025, promising a thrilling month-long celebration of T20 cricket. PSL 2025 arrives with heightened anticipation as it marks the league’s 10-year anniversary since its inception in 2015. This season introduces a notable change in its schedule, shifting from the usual February-March window to April-May. The adjustment was made to accommodate the ICC Champions Trophy, scheduled earlier in the year. Islamabad United eye title defense amid fierce competition
Defending champions Islamabad United, under the leadership of Shadab Khan, enter the season as frontrunners after clinching their third title in 2024. However, they’ll face strong challenges from other contenders. Lahore Qalandars, winners in 2022 and 2023, are determined to bounce back after a quiet 2024. Multan Sultans, led by the ever-reliable Mohammad Rizwan, continue to impress with their balanced squad.
