Rajasthan Royals (RR) young batter Vaibhav Suryavanshi is impressing everyone with his powerful hitting during the India Under-19 National Cricket Academy (NCA) camp.
The 14-year-old cricketer smashed the ball all around the park with his brutal power in preparation for India’s upcoming U19 tour of England.
The India Under-19 cricket team is set to tour England, where they will play five unofficial one-day matches and two four-day games.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi is expected to open the batting alongside captain Ayush Mhatre. Suryavanshi scored 176 runs in five innings at an average of 44 during the U19 Asia Cup 2024.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi has begun his preparations for the upcoming month-long England tour with impressive practice sessions at the U19 NCA camp in Bengaluru. The left-handed batter confidently struck towering sixes.
He attacked deliveries over long on and mid-wicket and showcased his range by hitting shots over point and stepping down the track to dominate the bowlers. Despite facing varied bowling tactics, including off-pace deliveries, Suryavanshi stayed aggressive and in excellent form.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi Made his IPL Debut for Rajasthan Royals in 2025
Vaibhav Suryavanshi made his IPL debut in 2025 for Rajasthan Royals. He started his campaign with a six against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) on April 19 in Jaipur. His best performance came on April 28 against the Gujarat Titans (GT).
The southpaw smashed a 35-ball century to guide RR in a chase of 210 runs in just 15.5 overs at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium. Suryavanshi became the youngest player ever to score a T20 century and also set the record for the fastest century by an Indian in IPL history.
Vaibhav smashed 11 sixes, equalling the record for the most sixes by an Indian in an IPL match. In RR’s final match of the season against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at Arun Jaitley Stadium, he scored 57 runs off 33 balls, including four boundaries and four sixes in a chase of 188.
India U-19 to Play Five Youth One-Day and Two Four-Day Matches on England Tour
India’s Under-19 team is set to tour England for a multi-format series, which includes five Youth One-Day matches and two four-day games against England U-19.
The tour will begin with a 50-over practice match on June 24, followed by the ODI series from June 27 to July 7. These matches will be held in Hove, Northampton, and Worcester.
After the limited-overs series, the focus will shift to red-ball cricket. The first four-day match will be played from July 12 to 15 at Beckenham, and the second from July 20 to 23 at Chelmsford.
Ayush Mhatre has been named captain of the touring squad. He made an impact in the IPL 2025 season by stepping in for the injured Ruturaj Gaikwad at Chennai Super Kings. Mhatre scored 206 runs in six matches, including a top score of 94 against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB).
